Taming Anxiety Toolbox: A Certification Course
This ten-week course introduces the Taming Anxiety Toolbox for managing anxiety. Based on hypnosis, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches, the course provides an integrative treatment model that has specific and individualized applicability to a broad array of anxiety disorders and related conditions including panic, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive -compulsive disorder. Also included is a focus on how anxiety affects relationships. Participants will be able to apply practical interventions to patients who experience anxiety and stress. Mental health and medical professionals can enhance their sensitivity to such patients, as well as expand their intervention repertoire as a result of this series.

Mentoring Group starting in September 2025
Mentoring is a great way to network and to not only learn from me, but also from one another. It’s a further opportunity to develop your skills. Through role play, demonstration, and consultation on specific challenging cases, you will enhance your skills, techniques, and confidence.
Each session focuses on a theme that is often suggested by one or more of the group members. I will demonstrate approaches, watch your work, and give you direct feedback on your interventions. You will have time to share how a technique you used worked or wasn’t effective.
There will be eight sessions conducted via Zoom, each of which will be two hours long. We will meet on Sunday mornings from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm ET. All sessions will be recorded, so if you aren’t able to attend one, you won’t miss any of the content..
